Our framework is specifically designed to give small businesses the expertise of a Certified Employee Assistance Program without all the costs associated with the implementation of such services.

The One Source Employee Assistance Program is a service that is provided to assist employees with personal as well as job-related problems. The EAP is confidential, free to employees, and voluntary.
We also help our client companies to become more productive through increasing employee satisfaction and reducing the costs of stress, turnover and attendance issues.
